I contacted Beyond Home Repair and spoke with Robert early in the week. He came out that Saturday, walked through the inspection list with me, and priced out each item that needed repair or replacement.
He spent two full days at my house knocking out probably 12–18 different items. Everything he touched came out great. What I appreciated most was how honest and transparent he was through the whole process. He gave me the Home Depot receipts, didn’t add any markup on materials, and took the time to explain what everything was for.
It’s hard to find people like this anymore. Robert is a true professional and just an all-around good person. Definitely recommend Beyond Home Repair.
